One of the most important things you can do as a realtor is to create your personal brand. This will help you remain top-of-mind with your audience and make yourself uniquely stand-out amongst your competition.

Personal branding isn't a logo, color, or specific font because these are just vehicles to communicate your brand.

Your personal brand is

1. Identifying your messaging and your unique value proposition

Communicate concisely and effectively what unique position you bring to your audience versus your competition.

2. Translate your Unique Value Proposition to all Social Media Platforms

Make your photos, message, UVP, logo, etc. consistent across social networks to show your audience your serious, organized, and dialed-in with your brand. This will attract more leads.

3. Be consistent with frequency and quality of your brand

Leverage short-form video on TikTok and Reels to communicate your unique value, property tours, market sellers properties, etc. to get in-front of a larger audience. Make sure your message is quality to your audience.

4. Showing vs. Telling

Showing is way more important than talking about your performance for clients. Rather, 86% of home sellers say they would prefer to work with a realtor that leverages video to sell their property than one who donโ€™t. In order to have a steady and scalable business you must have a very strong personal /team brand.
