🏠 Important Update for Home Buyers 🏠

Hey everyone! Starting July 1st, there is a new law and requirements that affect how we can tour homes together! To comply with this regulation, I'll need us to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement before we start visiting properties. This goes for all realtors! A REALTOR®️ CANNOT show you a home without a signed agreement.

This agreement ensures we're aligned on roles and responsibilities throughout your home-buying journey. It's a commitment from me to provide dedicated support and expert guidance every step of the way, ensuring you're well-informed and confident in your decisions. It is a legally binding contract.

Additionally, under the new law, sellers listing a property have the option to choose the commission they're willing to pay. They are no longer required to offer a cooperative commission, providing more flexibility in how transactions are structured.

Choosing the right agent is crucial, so take your time interviewing and finding someone who fits your needs. I'm here to provide insights and answer any questions you may have.
