Innovative Engineering is pleased to announce that we have been contracted by new client Hi-Tech Label for a site in Frankfort Indiana, and have been awarded several new contracts with our recurring clients. We will be performing Civil Site design for Becknell Industrial and Exeter Property Group for projects located in Whitestown, as well as Harvest Bible Chapel in Avon. Additionally, we have potential projects in Zionsville and Marion County in the near future. These exciting new projects make for a busy winter and a promising spring at Innovative Engineering! As the rain and temperatures fell in September, IECI has been working on several projects in the area. Serenade, a new residential subdivision project located in the City of Westfield, was filed for earth moving, while up north in Michigan City the planning phase for Castle Ford Lincoln are wrapping up. Closer to home, ground has been broken for Good Oil fuel station and Timpte Trailer, both of which are located at Whitestown Crossing.
As we prepare for the beginning of fall, we are excited to announce that we will once again be working with JC Hart on an apartment complex located in Zionsville. We have officially been awarded a contract and have begin to work on construction drawings. Additionally, we have been granted Zoning Approval for the Everett parcel, which has prompted us to now be preparing construction contracts for its final drawings. With these jobs in progress and even more proposals being sent, we will have a busy fall.
