Love being outside and don’t mind getting your hands dirty? Join our small, locally owned landscaping team and help keep our communities looking great! DeFabis Grounds Management in Whitestown, IN is looking for a new crew member.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lawn maintenance and grounds work
- Operating stand‑up and push mowers
- General equipment care and upkeep
- Fixing broken equipment (especially mowers) — strongly preferred!
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Schedule:
- Hours may vary with the weather
- Most weeks are around 40 hours through fall

What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working outside
- Experience with lawn equipment required
- Valid driver's license for work trucks
- Mechanical/repair skills a big plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
