Anyone else consider themselves at least somewhat creative? I would say I’m creative in the non traditional sense, thinking of out of the box solutions and problem solving. I’m also a bit crafty but more because I enjoy it not because I’m hugely talented. I think one reason I’ve been enjoying IG more than month is because I’ve decided to embrace the creative aspect and just start making content even when it’s not perfect. It’s so hard to start a new job or business; I appreciate you all for following me along on my journey. Hoping I can add value to your feed by sharing tips on being a home owner or even investing in rental properties someday. I’m here for you with any questions you have and I’m open for feedback. ☺️

Can I be honest with you? I cringe when I see posts talking about creating passive income as a “real estate investor”.

The last 5 years, has come with its challenges of owning two rental properties in Worcester. There’s been blood, sweat and A LOT of tears. It has been hard work and sacrifice but I’m starting to see it pay off.

If you want to know the good and the bad and how to navigate renovations and tenant conversations follow along and I’ll share some tips. No fluff here just real advise for people who want to put themselves in a better financial future with rental properties and home ownership.

Let’s talk about an extreme transformation! This was summer 2019, so yes I was wearing masks before it was cool and yes I had it on upside and Matt fixed it for me. 🙃 This is a three bedroom apartment and I can’t believe the difference the ceiling makes! Probably my favorite part. I’m going to be posting a single room transformation later but wanted to show an overview.
