I got to sample SOOOOO much goodness today, and let me tell you… 🤤😍

🍝 Homemade Chicken Alfredo — creamy & cheesy, and perfectly seasoned chicken… absolutely DELICIOUS!

🥗 Linguine Pasta Salad — fresh, flavorful, and SOOOO GOOD! 🤤

🍌 MORE Homemade Banana Bread — because apparently Jessica knows I have ZERO self-control when it comes to that banana bread! 😂🤤

🍪 Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies — LORD HAVE MERCY!! 😋

Oh my goodness, I’m going to be as big as the house!! 😂🤤

My husband, son, and I had the honor of doing a little more taste testing for Jessica’s Kitchen tonight…and we sampled Jessica’s Italian Roll AND a cheeseburger with fries! 🍔🍟

Just LOOK at those big, beautiful Italian Rolls 😍🤌 They are absolutely stunning—baked to perfection, loaded with meat and cheese, and SOOOO YUMMY!!

✨ Italian Rolls will be available by special order in TWO sizes:
• Small Roll — pictured here
• Large Roll — and HOLD ON TO YOUR HATS…that thing holds 5 POUNDS of meat and cheese!! 😳🤯

And that cheeseburger?! 🍔 Juicy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! The fries were hot, crispy, and the perfect side. Such a great option for a quick lunch OR an easy dinner when you don’t feel like cooking!

Owning and maintaining an 88-year-old historic building is definitely not for the faint of heart!! It seems like there’s always something that needs attention.

Today, I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing guys who help keep everything running smoothly.

👏 Bruce Perkins – Thank you for keeping all 12 heating and air units running so everyone stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. You’re the best!

⚡ Mike Higginbotham – Thank you for taking care of all our electrical needs and making sure everything stays safe and operating the way it should. Today Mike replaced the main lug on one outside meter. And there is like 15 plus meter boxes 😳

🚿 Tyler Owens – You have your own set of keys to the building because the plumbing in this old building is WILD! 😂 Thank you for maintaining 11 hot water heaters and 14 toilets (yes… 14! 😳).

Lee Frye - My husband who maintains everything else from remodeling, basic up keep, and the general problem solver!! Thank you honey!!

It truly takes a dependable team to care for a building that’s been standing for nearly nine decades. I’m incredibly grateful for each of you for keeping everything running for our businesses and tenants. And always answering my calls and showing up!!

PUBLIC NOTICE TO CREDITORS, VENDORS, CUSTOMERS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC

Big South Fork Properties, LLC hereby gives notice that, effective July 17, 2026, the prior commercial tenancy at:

18 South Main Street, Suite #1
Whitley City, Kentucky 42653

has ended, and the premises have been returned to the possession of Big South Fork Properties, LLC.

Effective immediately, the former tenant is no longer authorized to occupy or conduct business from this location.

Big South Fork Properties, LLC is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, any debts, obligations, contracts, warranties, purchases, gift certificates, or other commitments of the former tenant. Any questions regarding such matters should be directed to the former tenant.
