I couldn't be happier for my latest closing. I can't wait to see how my clients turn this into another beautiful property. As much as like them multimillion dollar bangers, these fixers excite me just the same. Moreso for what they can become.

Such is real estate, just like life, the potential is endless. The vision my client had for him and his wife, now includes his son. They are turning real estate into a family affair their son is poised to build a massive portfolio in his lifetime. I've been fortunate to have known Gil and Steph since high school. He's built a great business and has supported his son as he dominated Baja Racing, winning just about everything they've entered over the last 4-5 years.

That same winning mentality that has grown his successful business and racing career is now flowing over into real estate and I couldnt be happier to help play a part in this chapter of their lives.

I will be chronicling the transformation of this property as they turn one door into three.

This has always been the appeal for me in real estate. After I lost my own father in a terrible car accident as a young kid, my mother always told me the value of real estate. As a widow and a mother of 6 boys and 1 girl, her saving grace was holding onto the house after my dad passing away.

She told me one time that the best thing she ever did was not sell and move to Colorado where my parents were from, to live closer to her family. From a young age I've known real estate was going to be my calling. I am here to serve and share my nearly two decades of experience with clients that trust me to navigate the largest transaction they will see in their lifetime.

TAXES: In California, a supplemental tax bill is issued when there's a change in property ownership or new construction. It reflects the additional property taxes owed for the portion of the fiscal year not covered by the regular tax bill. This can occur if a property's value increases due to changes, triggering a reassessment and leading to an additional tax bill.

"Supplemental Property Bill - Supplemental Property Bill to the Annual Secured Property Tax Bill and both must be paid by the date shown on the bill. California State law requires the reassessment of property as of the first day of the month following an ownership change or the completion of new construction. A change in ownership or a completion of new construction that occurs between January 1 and May 31 results in two supplemental assessments and triggers two Supplemental Property Tax Bills. The first Supplemental Bill is for the remainder of the fiscal year in which the event occurred. The second Supplemental Bill is for the subsequent fiscal year."
