Option 1. If you're house needs repair, we can fund the repairs/remodel to get your house Turnkey Ready. This will net you the most amount of money for your house or investment property. This option requires to list on the MLS and pay a commission fee (negotiable and always has been)

Option 2. Sell your house as-is in any condition for fair market value. Many fixer houses sell as-is in the open market. This will bring both traditional home buyers and investors to bid potentially creating a bidding war on your house/investment. This option requires to list on the MLS and pay commissions (negotiable and always has been).

Option 3. Sell direct to investors off market. I can still expose the property to many investors who will bid on the house potentially creating a bidding war. This option does not require to be listed on the MLS. This option requires no commission fees. I will have the investors pay my fee.

Mr or Ms. Home Buyer, Im not sure if you saw that starting in a few months, they are decoupling real estate commissions for buyers to negotiate & or pay for their own representation. You'd have to pay out of pocket or negotiate it with the home sale.
