I was just having this conversation a week or so ago. Steven Thomas goes into more numbers here, and part of the why. One thing he didn't bring up, that I think may be relevant, is market saturation. With all of these in fill condo projects popping up all over the place (to satisfy our Governor's desire to make us look like NYC), there are a lot more for sale. Economics 101 would dictate that prices would soften due to the glut of demand. What do you think? DM me for the rest of his piece.
