🚨 DAVIS CLEANING CO. UPDATE & PSA!
WE ARE EXPANDING & LOOKING TO HIRE!
Before you jump at this opportunity, I want you to seriously ask yourself, “Can I realistically make this work with my schedule, the physical demands, and the expectations?”
If you have even one doubt about being able to commit, please don’t waste my time or yours. I’m looking for someone who genuinely wants to work and takes pride in what they do.
Here’s what I expect:
• Heavy lifting: You must be physically capable of lifting 50–80 pounds safely when the job requires it.
• Reliability: Show up ON TIME, ready to work. I need someone I can count on, not someone I have to wonder if they’re going to show up or call out the day of.
• Transportation: You MUST have a reliable vehicle.
• Drug-free: You must be able to maintain a drug-free workplace and work safely.
• Professional appearance: Most of our jobs are completed in empty homes, but sometimes clients are present. You need to show up clean, presentable, and professional. I’m not asking you to look like you’re going to church, but you are representing MY business.
• Accountability: I have worked extremely hard to build Davis Cleaning Co. and its reputation. I take customer satisfaction seriously. If a preventable mistake results in a bad review, you will receive one warning and an opportunity to correct it. Repeated issues will not be tolerated.
• TRUSTWORTHINESS: This is the BIGGEST one for me. We work inside people’s homes, around their personal belongings, and sometimes when nobody is home. I need someone with honesty, integrity, and respect for other people’s property.
Let me make one thing clear: This is not a job where you come in, wipe down a few countertops, and call it a day. Cleaning professionally is physically demanding, detail-oriented work. We do everything from residential cleaning to some pretty intense hoarder cleanouts. You cannot be afraid to get dirty or WORK.
I am not looking to babysit an employee. I am looking for someone who can become a dependable part of my team.
Davis Cleaning Co. is my business, my livelihood, and something I’ve poured countless hours into building. I will always treat my employees with respect, but I expect that same respect toward me, my clients, and the company.
*we do have fun over here, we listen to music and laugh & vent 😆 BUT we always get the job done, so don’t let this scare you this is the best work environment*
What you can expect:
Hours would be 8am-2pm (guesstimated)
Monday - Friday.
Training will be two weeks.
(We are based in crossroads) but we travel all of Marion county, sequatchie county, Bledsoe county, & Bridgeport)
