This one was extra fun to close! My buyer is a young Airman who just purchased his very first home—but he’s already thinking way beyond the first set of keys. 🔑

This one feels a little different. ❤️

Selling a house is one thing. Selling the home that has been part of your family for over 75 years is something else entirely.

There’s so much life wrapped up in those walls—holidays, family gatherings, everyday moments, laughter, probably a few tears, and generations of memories that can never be replaced. Handing over the keys is definitely bittersweet.

But there’s also something really peaceful about knowing this home gets to keep doing what it has done for all these years… being a family home. 🏡 A new generation and a young family now get to fill these rooms with their own traditions, milestones, messes, laughter, and memories.

I’m so thankful to my seller for trusting me with something that meant so much to her and her family. And a huge thank you to her granddaughter for the referral and for trusting me to take care of someone so important to her. That means more than you know. ❤️

Let's be honest...finding a home that's practically new and doesn't feel cookie-cutter isn't easy.

2328 Tinker Trail was built in 2023 and still feels brand new. No outdated finishes. No "we'll remodel that later." Just unpack and enjoy.

The kitchen is hands down my favorite part. The oversized quartz island is where everyone will end up hanging out, and the custom accent wall gives it character you don't usually find in newer construction.

The backyard is fully fenced, there's a covered patio for grilling or relaxing after work, and you're just minutes from Sheppard AFB and in Burkburnett ISD.
