This one feels a little different. ❤️

Selling a house is one thing. Selling the home that has been part of your family for over 75 years is something else entirely.

There’s so much life wrapped up in those walls—holidays, family gatherings, everyday moments, laughter, probably a few tears, and generations of memories that can never be replaced. Handing over the keys is definitely bittersweet.

But there’s also something really peaceful about knowing this home gets to keep doing what it has done for all these years… being a family home. 🏡 A new generation and a young family now get to fill these rooms with their own traditions, milestones, messes, laughter, and memories.

I’m so thankful to my seller for trusting me with something that meant so much to her and her family. And a huge thank you to her granddaughter for the referral and for trusting me to take care of someone so important to her. That means more than you know. ❤️

The character on this property…the windows 😍 Congrats to all parties!

Moving back to the United States from overseas is exciting—but it’s far from easy. Buying a home sight unseen, navigating the process from another country, and then living in temporary housing while waiting for everything to come together takes a whole lot of patience and courage…🇺🇸🏡

I’m so thankful this sweet military family trusted me to be their eyes, ears, and boots on the ground. We worked through every hurdle, every unknown, and every stressful moment together.

There are still plenty of moments ahead as they unpack, get settled, and make it their own, but I know they’ll turn this house into the perfect home for their family.
