🔧 HIRING: APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 🔧

We are looking for a reliable, experienced maintenance person to handle maintenance for several apartment properties in the Wichita Falls and surrounding areas.

Duties will include general apartment maintenance, work orders, make-readies, basic plumbing/electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and other property maintenance as needed.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is dependable and self-motivated
• Has general maintenance/repair experience
• Can manage work orders across multiple properties
• Has reliable transportation
• Communicates well and takes pride in their work

Full-time position.
