When people I know put their trust in me, and know I'll do right by them, it's such a good feeling. Relationships are what keep me in this career and it brings me so much joy.
Helped 2 sellers; one family, one friend. We got over asking on both!
My buyers are out of state, and trusted me to do a virtual tour, as they had not seen the property in person. After spending an hour and a half on a virtual tour, going over all the ins and outs of the condo, as well as outside views, showing them shops and local interests in the area, we made an offer that day.
Taking the extra steps to make new buyers feel at ease is what I love doing. Gotta go the extra mile!
