Folks think that the life of a Real Estate professional is a glamorous one, but some days it’s downright crappy (pun intended 💩💩💩)!

This morning, we met folks at one of our clients homes so they could conduct a sewer camera inspection!! We always try to be present for inspections on our clients homes (whether buying or selling) so we get all the facts firsthand.

Tomorrow we will get ‘buggy’ at a termite inspection, and then Thursday it’s a drive out to beautiful Kingman to get in HOT WATER when we meet a plumber who’s preparing to replace a water heater once our clients close.

It’s not always the life HGTV would have you believe that we all lead, but damn it is FUN!

We had a phenomenal day - so much so that we never had a chance to post this great photo from last night as we prepared to list her home! It went live today, and within 5 hours we had a terrific (over list price offer) and now her home is under contract!

Congratulations! I’m so proud of what our team can accomplish.
