• Q1 2022: 4 producing agents --> 15 closed ($3.4M volume) and 5 pending transactions
• Q1 2023: 7 producing agents --> 18 closed ($3.4M volume) and 4 pending transactions
• Q1 2024: 6 producing agents --> 16 closed ($3.1M volume) and 15 pending transactions
• Q1 2025: 8 producing agents --> 23 closed ($5.2M volume) and 10 pending transactions
• Q1 2026: 7 producing agents --> 19 closed ($4.6M volume) and 26 pending transactions
Read that last line again...
26 pending!
That is momentum.
That is discipline.
That is ex*****on.
This post is not about the numbers (although I can't wait to share all of this at our team meeting on Monday!)
It is about our agents!
