Friendly suggestions:
We will hit windchills of -30 below over the next 72 hours. This is the weather that can burst pipes which is a very expensive problem to fix this time of year. Two simple tips can go a long ways toward preventing that from happening. 1. Take thick warm wool socks and put them over external faucet nozzles attached to your house. Wrap the socks tight with duck tape. 2. Open up the cabinet doors for all sinks that are on an external wall of your house. Just keep them open 24 hrs a day for the next three days and your house furnace will keep those pipes warm.
