Congrats to my sellers! This one moved a lot faster than we originally planned.

She reached out a few months ahead to start prepping… and then the military said “actually, we need you now.” So just like that, we were on a two week timeline.

We got everything ready while they were still here (not the easiest with littles running around), and they were able to head out knowing it was all handled.

They signed from out of state, and we got it closed smoothly on this end.

Even better, we found a family who’s going to love this home just as much as they did.
