So excited and SO happy for my clients — our patience paid off, and we MADE IT TO CLOSING!!! 🏡❤️

I’m still so new to this real estate adventure, and WOW… have I learned A LOT! Every transaction teaches me something new, and this one definitely did.

Something I don’t think I fully appreciated when I started is how much the realtor on the other side of the table can impact the entire experience. It can go so many different ways, and I’m incredibly thankful that the agent on the other side of this one was gracious, patient, and so kind to a newbie like me. That meant more than she probably knows!

Taking on this new adventure in real estate this year has truly been such a blessing. It has challenged me, stretched me, taught me SO much, and honestly been exactly the adventure I was looking for.

Nathan and Kayleigh — CONGRATULATIONS!!! 🎉🏡 I hate that I’m not there to celebrate with you today, but I cannot wait to get back home, come see you, and celebrate this HUGE moment with you!!! ❤️

One more set of keys. One more dream that became reality. 🏡✨
Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me just how blessed I am. A closing, inspections, celebrating my momma's birthday, and a calendar that barely had room to breathe.
And honestly? I wouldn't trade it.
There was a time I prayed for busy. I prayed for opportunities. I prayed for clients who would trust me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Today I'm just incredibly grateful.

Some moments in life just hit a little differently. 🤍

Another home is officially under contract, and this one is incredibly special.

I’ve had the privilege of walking through so many of Nathan and Kayleigh’s biggest milestones. Kayleigh and I opened a restaurant together years ago. I was there when Nathan proposed. We stood beside each other on our wedding days. We’ve celebrated the births of our babies together.

And now… I get to hand them the keys to their very first home.

For years, I thought photography was the greatest gift because it allowed me to be part of life’s biggest moments. I never imagined real estate would give me that same privilege in a completely different way.

Helping friends find the place where they’ll build their next chapter is something I’ll never take for granted. My heart is so full, and I couldn’t be happier for these two.

Congratulations, Nathan and Kayleigh! I cannot wait for closing day and to watch all the memories you’ll make in your very first home.

Y’all… the weather last night was definitely not your typical Fourth of July! I might have needed a blanket! 🇺🇸😂
But honestly, it was beautiful. The cool evening, the incredible clouds, and getting to spend time with family and friends made for such a memorable celebration.
