Hello and Happy Monday everybody!
I hope you all had a joyful holiday spent well with good company and good food.
Now that Thanksgiving has passed, I’m sure many of you are free to indulge in holiday spirit without the grief of “It’s not even Thanksgiving, yet.” (My tree has been up).
As Christmas approaches, the year comes to an end, a bittersweet coming and going of the continuous passage of time. A time for celebration, but also a time for discipline.
With the New Year around the corner, thoughts of reflection and sparks of mission cross everyone’s mind. Whether you are a New Years’ resolution-er or a good old go getter, a better year is the root goal.
Do you have goal(s) in mind? How are you measuring the success of said goal(s)? What steps will you take to achieve them? Who, if not yourself, will hold you accountable?
Has real estate been a thought? Nerve racking as it may seem, you can do it.
Rent will continue to rise; home values will continue to appreciate (slower appreciation does not mean depreciation). How will you spend your money to build financial health for you now and for your future? Let’s get after it in 2023!
If you’re unsure where to start or just have some questions and want to talk, call me!
