Since beginning his career in January 2019 as an intern, Alex has gained invaluable hands-on experience and developed a thorough understanding of the industry by collaborating with agents and the broader real estate community.

A magna cm laude graduate of Wichita State University, Alex earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance-Real Estate and Entrepreneurship-Real Estate, along with minors in Marketing and Personal Selling. His achievements include prestigious awards such as the KHEDF Outstanding Scholar Award and the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Rising Star of the Year.

Alex earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October 2023 and is a proud member of CCIM, RSCK, KAR, NAR, and more. He specializes in leasing and investment sales in the retail and restaurant industries, having worked with brands like bb.q chicken, Coffee Daze, The Big Biscuit, and others.
