What a fun way to spend a summer evening with the people who matter most! Thank you to everyone who came out to our Rock River Rapids pool party, it was such a joy getting to relax, laugh, and celebrate summer with our friends. A huge thank you to David Chittwood with Leader One Financial for co-hosting this event with me, couldn't have done it without you, David!

Congratulations to Jason and Anna Parr on winning the lawn rocking chairs, and to Spencer and Andrea on taking home the Yeti Cooler! I love throwing events like this to pour into our people and show appreciation in a fun, low-key way. We are already looking forward to doing it all again next year!

Luis was referred to me by his sister Eileen, someone I’ve known for years through running together at Friends University. Because of that relationship, it meant a lot to help him do this the right way.

We walked through a lot of homes together. In his price range, it is competitive and not always easy to find something that checks the boxes without sacrificing quality. We stayed patient, stuck to the plan, and when the right home came along, we moved. We were able to negotiate a sewer line replacement and had a smooth path to closing.

Now, Luis is stepping into homeownership, building equity, and moving toward his bigger goal of owning multiple properties. That first step matters.
