What's going on NextHomies?! Gotta lift up my clients Julian and Andrea! They persevered through many tough situations in our time searching for their FIRST HOME! Between months of searching for the right house, competing with other buyers, and submitting multiple offers, we got under contract on a HUD home that will provide INSTANT equity! Due solely to their passion to realize their dream of home ownership, we made it to the closing table, and I was blessed with the opportunity to help them get there.
