Congratulations to my buyer client on his new beautiful home, here in Wichita KS! Let me tell you guys a little bit about this special transaction.. my client is from California and recently made the decision to make Kansas his new home after thinking about it for a few years. He sold his home in Cali and made the move. He found a house he really loved that was being sold “For Sale By Owner”, no broker, no agent, no representation. A relative of mine had mentioned to him that I was a licensed realtor and that I could help him. She got me in contact with him & shortly after we scheduled to meet. The same day he hired me to represent him as his buyer agent! Which made me super happy to know that he felt that it was in his best interest to go into this transaction with the help and advice of a licensed professional.
I was able to get him under contract the same day we met, he paid 7k less than the asking price, and we closed in a little over 2 weeks. Yay for my buyer! So happy and so proud of him ✨
Moral of the story:
— Hire a licensed realtor to guide you and represent you during such an important transaction, like buying a home. Especially your first home!Know your rights as a home buyer. You’ll never regret hiring an honest realtor.🏡🤍
