Just a reminder, all yards are to be prepped by 6am and to remain prepped throughout the scheduled mow day.
• The fenced area is accessible (gates must be unlocked).
• Pets are confined to a location outside the maintenance area at the time of service.
• All personal belongings, including toys, play equipment, and other items, are picked up before service.
• The area is free of all pet waste.
If these conditions are not met, the Resident will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping inside fenced areas per the Community Manager’s specifications and schedule. Failure to maintain fenced areas properly may result in the loss of pet privileges, additional charges, and/or lease termination.
On scheduled lawn care days, all personal belongings—including trampolines—must be removed to receive lawn service. If they are not removed, the Resident will be responsible for mowing underneath and around these items.
