Congratulations to my clients on closing on their new homes!

Top property was an out of state referral buyer! After looking and losing a couple properties we scored a solid home in derby. We negotiated heavy and were able to get some big ticket items replaced! Shout out to the listing party as-well for the great communication and dedication to get to the closing table. The second property was a referral from a friend! This couple had been trying to purchase a home for the past 2 years but had lots of trouble. When we met for the first time and I promised them that we would get them a home, they trusted me and we went in strong. Through a lot, and I mean a lot of downs and setbacks, everyone in the transaction pulled through and made it happen.
