Office Park Plaza LLC Executive office space Office Park Plaza, LLC. Located in College Hill on Douglas and is one block west of the Oliver and Douglas intersection.

The unique design of the building makes it a real treasure! Originally built for Commercial Savings and Loan in the 50's, the building has been an iconic location in College Hill for over half a century. We have done renovations to the building to make it as green as possible. We have put high efficiency furnaces in, new windows, insulated and recycled building materials. Come check out our slate floors made from our old hail damaged slate roof!!!

Over the weekend, Avenue Art Days artists added 18 more murals to the Douglas Design District! There are now over 40 along Douglas Ave., between Washington and Oliver!
