Julia Shetlar joined Berkshire Hathaway HS PenFed Realty in August of 2011 (formerly Prudential). She was Rookie of the Year in 2012 out of the entire Wichita Area Association of Realtors. She is part of the President's Club, Master’s Circle, the BHHS Honor Society and Leading Edge Society, selling over 5 million each year. I love making these property videos for you guys, but let’s be honest—the blooper reel is fun to see! Here’s an unfiltered, slightly chaotic tongue tied me, trying to get some video footage for my newest duplex listing.
Proof that I am much better at selling houses than I am at talking to a camera on the first take. 🤷‍♀️😂

This one is extra special! Closing day is always exciting, but this beautiful listing had a unique journey. Working with an out-of-state investor/seller means communication, trust, and a rock-star local crew are absolutely everything.

Splish splash, what an awesome private bash! 🌊 We rented out Blast Off Bay in Goddard for our very first client appreciation event, and to say it was a blast is an understatement!
Almost 300 of our amazing clients came out to crush the water slides, float the lazy river, hit the swim-up bar, and brave the surf station (shoutout to everyone who took an epic wipeout—you are the real MVPs! 😂🏄‍♂️).
