$15,000 grants for first time home buyers have been announced for this year!

‼️Important things to know‼️

✨To be considered a FTHB you cannot have owned a home in the last 3 years. If you have previously bought a home but it has been 3 years or more since you’ve owned one, yes, you qualify as a first time home buyer!

✨There are income restrictions based on the county you are purchasing and number of people in your family!

✨The grants are on a first come first serve basis!
