The Renfro Our units offer you the perfect urban lifestyle in downtown Wichita. The Renfro has 20 residential units and two commercial spaces.

The Renfro is part of the East Douglas Avenue Historic District, which is dedicated to the preservation of architectural details and the character of the buildings within it. The mixed-use property has one and two bedroom apartments and a few studio units. There are unique two-story units, with entrances on the first and second floors.
