I have been intrigued by this home for YEARS. ✨

I’ve driven by it so many times and told my husband, “I really want to see inside that house.” I have absolutely no connection to this home, but for some reason I’ve always been drawn to it.

When it came up for auction, I knew I had to finally see it in person.

🏡 Built in 1900, it feels like a Queen Anne Victorian farmhouse with touches of Folk Victorian influence — something commonly seen in rural America during that era.

The wraparound porch, asymmetrical shape, tall narrow windows, and multiple rooflines and gables are some of my favorite details.

What fascinates me most is that it feels more simple and restrained than the highly ornate “Painted Lady” Victorians. It has such a timeless, artistic presence to it. 🖤

I honestly think I could walk through this home 14 more times and still find something new to admire. The craftsmanship and artistry absolutely amaze me. 🤍

Sometimes letting go is the best strategy. ✨

We canceled one contract… and within 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 had the right buyer under contract at full price with even better terms for my sellers.

Real estate is rarely as simple as the "𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐝" graphic.

Behind the scenes are hard conversations, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, resilience, hustle, constant follow-up, and trusting that forcing a square peg into a round hole usually isn’t the answer. 🏡
