Teamwork really does make the dream work. After dealing with a terrible tenant who left one of our properties in rough shape, we’ve been grinding to get it back ready and rentable. Occupational hazard, sure—but it feels good to finally see real progress.

We got a lot done today. New floors are in (huge thanks to our Chris Myers), most of the trim is painted, and the main rooms up front are looking fresh with new paint. Not bad for a single day’s push.
