So many small businesses are being hit with spam fraudulent reviews that are tanking our actual reviews. You would think that Facebook would be able to avoid this and do something about it. I would love for you to go on my Facebook realtor pages and make some positive reviews to help combat the negative bots .

Getting pre-approved shows a seller that your financing is in order and you’re serious about purchasing a home. Because that letter is based on several varying factors that could impact how much you actually get approved for, it typically expires after 2-3 months.
