We are a local family owned home inspection company servicing Wichita and the surrounding areas. We provide inspections on residential homes in our community. With your inspection, you will receive a detailed report as to the condition of the home at the time of the inspection, Tom, the inspector will guide you through the house and address his findings so that you are fully aware of what you will

be buying, or what you currently have in place with your home. After you have had time to review the report, you will get a follow up call, email, or text (whichever works best for you) to see if you have any further questions. Recommend to monitor your A/C units this week by changing & installing filters correctly, cleaning your exterior unit with water from a garden hose, and make sure you have a HVAC company ready to call if your unit goes out in these 100 degree temps.
