Side Note: when's the last time you took the short drive out to Augusta, from Wichita? It's got a lot going on: great schools, affordable homes, historic charm, beautiful parks, 2 local craft breweries (Red Bud & Park Bench), and probably the coolest retro bowling alley in the State (the Holiday Bowl). Don't be afraid to take the ~20 minute drive and explore one of Wichita's premier bedroom communities.

I wish I could let you feel the level of satisfaction & pride I have over seeing this transaction to the finish-line this morning. It may not look like much from the outside, but this experience was a diamond in the rough for me - my sellers were so kind, trusting, and understanding along our lengthy journey together.
