What will interest rates do? According to the 2023 Wichita Housing Forecast (November 8, 2022), we may see a return to normal, more sustainable rates over the next year or two.

Wichita, however, continues to have a low inventory of available homes. According to the October South Central Kansas MLS sales statistics, the median sale price is $217,328.
