Exciting News! For those that don't know, I have made a career shift - but I'm staying in the real estate biz! I am proud to share that I am now the Supervising Broker at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Wostal Realty!

I've been working in this new role for a little while now, and it's an honor to be in this position. It's already been an incredible learning experience, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to lead and support our Brokerage.

With new ownership and a fresh vision, our culture is changing in the best way, and the future is looking brighter than ever. I'm thankful for everyone who's encouraged and supported me on this journey. ( Sandra Fuller-Ferguson , Abbey Wostal , Wade Wostal, Tracey Garrett and my fellow peers).

Good morning from Montana!

Today is a day you MUST be WEATHER AWARE! From 4pm to 11pm, and from Wichita to OKC, we will see a Severe Weather Outbreak. This includes large, long track tornadoes, hail up to the size of softballs and winds up to 70 mph.

It is going to get bad this afternoon/evening.
How bad will it be? I am supposed to fly back to Wichita late this evening. I tried to get earlier flights home so I could be there for this.

Furthermore, The Storm Prediction Center, who are the most experienced severe weather forecasters in Country, have issued a High Risk for today - a level 5 out of 5. They very RARELY ever issue a level 5... SO, yes... they are using language that is concerning....

"A regional outbreak of severe weather with multiple strong, long-tracked tornadoes, as well as very large hail and severe thunderstorm gusts, is expected over parts of the south-central Plains from this afternoon through evening."

Large, long-track tornadoes, hail up to softballs, yes, softballs and wind up to 70 mph is possible. Wichita is on the northern periphery of the High Risk area.

TIMING: I am thinking after 4pm or 430pm.

THIS IS A DAY TO BE WEATHER AWARE. Please be prepared if storms begin to form or roll into our area.

I haven't posted too many weather updates lately, but today deserves some attention.
Today is a day you should be "WEATHER AWARE."
We could potentially see damaging winds, very large hail and long track tornadoes, especially to our South and East. Storms could roll into the Wichita Metro anytime after 2pm. Some areas if OK and KS could see an outbreak.
DO NOT change your plans, today. Just be aware of the weather, particularly if/when a watch is issued. If you see dark skies coming, have a plan.
