I've been married for 25 wonderful years and we have a miracle 8 year old daughter. I am my biggest critic and my strongest proponent all at the same time. Before real estate, I was a floral designer for 7 years. I thought it was my calling and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. When I got very sick and found out I was allergic to flowers, I thought that I would never f
ind another career that I loved. I tripped into real estate. My family urged me to take the classes. After I helped my first client buy a house and she hugged me....she HUGGED me AND I got paid!.....I was hooked. I was looking for the next "hug". It was a challenge for me to see how well I could treat my clients so that they would WANT to hug me after the closing. It's been nearly 20 years and I still crave the "hugs". I have built my business on it. Over the years, it seems like I have had a tattoo on my forehead,"if you are in trouble, I am your gal". People in hardship situations seem to find their way to me and I have worked for years to find ways to help them. I started doing "short sales". I screwed up a lot of them and they took forever. Over the years I have been able to streamline my system and create a program that the banks seem to respond to pretty well for the most part. I love teaching other agents what I do and how to do it too. I have found a wonderful company that sends me to different areas of the country teaching what I do. I love teaching others how to help good people in a bad situation. I live to serve and aim to please. What I do
I love helping people achieve their goals in regard to real estate. I enjoy educating buyers on the home buying process. From helping them find the home that "speaks" to them, to negotiating the best possible price and following right through the closing! I have a passion for sellers. I have worked extensively with banks to help sellers who are in trouble. I have been fortunate to have successfully negotiated many short sales, postponed and prevented many foreclosures and assisted many homeowners in reducing their house payments to an affordable amount as we market the property. I firmly believe that bad things happen to good people. Good people deserve better.
