Your local bank on the corner probably offers a VA loan. I personally like working with local lenders rather than one of those big banks that I’m just another number in the system. When real estate transactions get tough it’s nice to have a guy on the inside that you can trust by walking into their office and sitting down with them to chat. I love my local lenders.

🚨🥵 Here’s some really solid advice on how to sell your home! Turn the AC up or the heat up depending upon which season we are in.

Nobody likes to fry in a house when it’s over 106° outside. Buyers and their agents will get the hay out of there so fast. I know it stinks. Just go ahead and pay the energy bill. It will pay off in the long run when you find that perfect buyer.
