On my 2022 vision board I had to join a new board as a professional goal and accepted a seat on the Kansas CCIM Chapter’s Board. By 2023 my new vision board professional goal was to be the Kansas CCIM President. That wasn’t going to happen over night for me. I needed to finish my CCIM courses, submit my portfolio, pass the final exam to get my CCIM Designation to be eligible to be President. I ended up getting my CCIM designation in 2024 and was nominated to be President Elect in 2025 and President in 2026. I hope this is motivation for everyone making New Year Resolutions for 2026 make your goals big and small and know as long as you put in the work you can and will achieve them. Sometimes it takes longer than a year, but the accomplishment feels just as rewarding!✨
We are kicking off 2026 with strong momentum through our Board Member Highlight series. To begin, we are pleased to introduce our 2026 Kansas CCIM Chapter President, Kameron Rich, CCIM.
🔴What is your current role and what do you love most about it?
Commercial Sales Lead at Lange Real Estate. In this role, I’ve had the opportunity to guide and mentor newer agents as they work through their first transactions, which has been especially rewarding. I’ve also enjoyed expanding my exposure to the development side of commercial real estate. Watching an idea evolve from concept to tangible progress reinforces why this business remains both challenging and fulfilling.
🔴How has being a CCIM designee or member impacted you?
The CCIM curriculum played a key role in advancing my career and strengthening my understanding of market fundamentals. Beyond the coursework, the mentorship from instructors who have stayed engaged and encouraged involvement at the national level has been invaluable. The networking opportunities at CCIM Forums have also allowed me to build lasting relationships with industry leaders across CA, TX, TN, MN, LA, and FL.
🔴What do you enjoy most about being involved with the Kansas CCIM Chapter?
The opportunity to build strong personal relationships with local agents and brokerages across the state. I firmly believe in the long-standing principle that collaboration benefits everyone, and there is more than enough opportunity for all of us to succeed.
🔴Outside of work, what are your hobbies or favorite ways to spend time?
I’m an avid sports fan and spend many weekends cheering on KU football and basketball, Chiefs football, and Team Ferrari in Formula 1. I have also taken up a new interest in Golf the last two years, so you may find me out on the golf course as long as the temperature is above 65 degrees!
We’re excited to see the great things Kameron will lead our chapter to in 2026!
