Another BIG win at Crestpoint! 🎉

We’re excited to celebrate the sale of 8,700 SF at Crestpoint to Union State Bank for its new Wichita corporate office!

Stephanie Wise has been part of Crestpoint from the beginning, from the original land purchase to selling the first building, leasing the first tenant, and now an exciting condominium sale in the second building.

We’ve believed in this project from day one and are proud to see the continued momentum at 127th & Central.

And we’re not done yet. 👀 We can’t wait to share what else is coming soon to Crestpoint!

Because apparently… Jonathan Bengtson sells water now.

We just closed on a pond to help our client secure additional control around their investment. Not exactly your everyday commercial real estate deal, but that’s kind of our thing.
