Everyone should be able buy a home when they make that decision, with Guild Mortgage and Derryk Underwood, they’ll walk you through the process, keep you in the loop on the mortgage side of things and not leave you in the dust. It is definitely always the buyers right to look around and shop lenders, I as a realtor recommend a local one so that way if on the off chance they take a little to long to return a call I can go straight into their office and see what’s up! Haven’t had to pull up to Derryk office for that reason but there’s some online lenders I wish weren’t in, let’s say Texas. Just something to keep in mind!

Being a realtor is a fun and interesting career choice, some days the buyers want to make an offer on the house as is, no repairs needed. Other days you open the door and as you are about to step in, maybe a big cluster of less than alive spiders fall from somewhere right on top of the door and that’s a red flag the buyers just cannot look past… either way, with an open mind and the right desire, I’ll get you to your next home you’re going to love and cherish for years to come!

2020 VS. now 2025 lots have changed with living location, jobs, number of dogs haha, but the one thing that hasn’t changed is I still have Madison by my side, she took the 2025 photo!
