Potential Home Buyers out there that are waiting for home prices and interest rates to go back down: listen to this advice about why waiting may not be in your best interest.

This can be avoided!

Over pricing your home can lead to it not selling at all or taking months and months and months to sell, which can create a whole lot of other problems!

Underpricing your home can lead to you not getting a fair amount for your home. (Also causing other problems!)

Using an online site (they aren’t actually coming into your home and viewing it in person, or visiting your neighborhood to view comparables to get a combined fair market price!!) instead of a trained Realtor professional can lead to either one of these scenarios.
