After earning her license in 2020, Tiffany traded the predictability of the corporate world for a commission-based career that gave her more flexibility for her family—and a whole lot more room for that BIG personality. 😉

“I have too much of a personality and I had too much to offer not to actually have myself go into full-time real estate,” she says.

Throughout her life, Melissa heard plenty of “no’s.” She was told what she couldn’t do, what she wouldn’t accomplish and even what becoming a young mother would mean for her future.

Logan is approaching six years in real estate, but you could say the industry has always been in her blood. With a dad in construction and a grandfather in real estate, the foundation was already there.

After welcoming her first son in 2020, Logan made the leap into real estate looking for something so many working parents want: a career she could build without sacrificing the family she was building, too. ❤️

Today, Logan and her husband, Jacob, have THREE boys—ages 6, 3 and 1! She leads The Pote Group, with Jacob licensed and stepping in to help with showings while also working full-time in logistics, and newer agent Courtney learning and growing alongside them.

Logan’s philosophy is refreshingly simple: quality over volume, relationships over transactions and a business built on referrals.

And clearly, it’s working. 🔥

She produced approximately $15 MILLION in volume last year, balancing resale business with a growing presence in new construction.

One of her biggest projects? Representing Langere Development, a beautiful new community featuring 80+ sprawling, one-acre-plus homesites and a collection of homes that are anything BUT cookie-cutter. Logan earned the opportunity through a formal RFP and panel interview process with the Lane family—and the project has been several years in the making.
