I recently had the opportunity to join the Ninja Selling podcast for a leadership segment focused on anniversary reviews. 🎙️

🏡 The South Central Kansas market is shifting slightly, and it’s starting to feel a little healthier and more balanced.

There are more homes on the market, buyers have more options, and well-priced homes are still moving quickly.

📊 April Market Snapshot:
• Median sale price: $236,500 ⬆️
• Inventory up 7.3% from last year
• Pending contracts up 6.2%
• Median days on market: just 11 days

What does that mean?
✔️ Sellers still have strong opportunities, especially under $300K
✔️ Buyers finally have a little more breathing room and more choices
✔️ Pricing and preparation matter more than ever

The frenzy may be calming down a bit, but demand is still very real heading into summer.
