Every seller wants top dollar. 🏷️

But pricing wishfully and pricing strategically are two very different things.

An overpriced home sits. And sitting is expensive. Every week on the market is another payment, another bill, another month on hold.

Worse, the price drops start to pile up, and buyers read those as “what’s wrong with it,” not “what a deal.”

The right price from day one does the opposite. It brings buyers in, creates competition, and competition is what pushes your number up.
