🎉🏠CLOSED | Today was such a bittersweet day.
I am beyond proud of Andrew Adcock. I remember him and his friend starting their own business at just 16 years old, knocking on my front door and asking if I would give him the opportunity to pressure wash my walkway and driveway. From mowing lawns, to building a successful business by the age of 21, Andrew has accomplished so much at such a young age.
I’ve truly never met young people as driven, ambitious, and focused as Andrew and his business partner. Today, they own an incredible business building luxury pools, along with a turf business, and it has been amazing to watch their growth.
Andrew is by far one of my youngest clients, and I’ll be honest — I was nervous throughout this transaction because I wanted everything to go right. I wanted him to have the very best real estate experience possible as a first-time home buyer.
And I’m thankful to say, we accomplished that!!
He has been one of the most understanding, patient, and easygoing clients anyone could ever ask for. I could not be more excited to watch him step into this new journey of homeownership, responsibility, growth, and continued success.
Andrew, thank you for trusting me to represent you during such an important milestone in your life. May your new home be filled with countless memories, blessings, laughter, and success.
