Fannie Mae just projected mortgage rates will hit 5.7% by end of 2026. First time home buyers in Western Massachusetts need to hear this. 1.6 million renters become buyer eligible the second rates drop below 6%. Thatā€™s a flood of demand hitting an already tight housing market in Springfield, Holyoke, and across Western Mass. The home buyers who win are the ones who lock in before that happens. Hereā€™s what you catch me doing when Iā€™m not buried in market data:

šŸ‹šŸ½Workout every morning. Non-negotiable. Itā€™s not about the gym, itā€™s about winning the first hour of the day before life gets a chance to push back. Sets the tone for everything else.

šŸŽ§ Podcasts on self-growth, business, and comedy. I need to either be learning something or laughing. Sometimes both at once.

šŸ½ļø Current food obsession: pizza, wings, and homemade protein ice cream. Yes, in that order. No, I will not be taking questions šŸ˜‚

šŸ„’šŸŽ¾Pickleball has fully taken over. Went in skeptical. Now Iā€™m that guy.

šŸŒ Next trip: heading back to Puerto Rico. Thatā€™s where I was born. Long overdue.

Real estate is what I do. But this is who I am.
And honestly, thatā€™s exactly why Iā€™m good at it. I actually live in the cities I sell in. I eat at the restaurants I recommend. I care about the communities I help people move into.
