What a week in real estate! 🏡✨

My amazing client’s home hit the market and in less than 48 hours we had an incredible response — including an open house with 28 families that came through!

The result? Multiple offers resulting in an accepted offer over asking price. 🎉

But the absolute best part… within 24 hours of accepting that offer, we hustled, submitted an offer and were under contract on her forever home. 💫
