When I listed this one, I knew it would be a 🔥one and I was right!😍 I think it was on the market less than a week when we got a contract on it! ✍️ it was a contingency sale, but worked out like a charm! 🤠 This Home has went to a sweet family, and I know both the buyer and the sellers are thrilled with the outcome!🥰

If anyone has any similar properties, they would like to sell give me a shout because this was a good one! 🤣 This was my last planned closing for the week, that being said, I always have a set of closing clothes in my car, just in case someone wants to spring one on me!💃👚Ha!

⭐️Employee of the month Laney McAlester⭐️

~We want to recognize this non-paid employee for all her help this summer!😍 We recognized the need for more advertising and marketing of the business, and she has stepped up to the plate🥰🏡

~It is time-consuming to put all these ads together, gather prizes , and tally all of the results! 🤯 She has also been buying our stocker cattle for the ranch! 🤠 So if you see her at the local Livestock auctions, she has her game face on and concentrating, so don’t distract her. 🐮🐮 She has strict buying parameters from Dad and that’s the toughest job yet! 😳

~This is definitely a family run business that enjoys many wins, but also some hard days, , long days, cranky parents, and sacrifices as well!!

For example, Laney really wanted a beach trip before she starts Pharmacy school in the fall, but we decided we have no time for that!🫣 With that being said if your family has room for a +1 on your beach trip hit her up! 🤣☀️⛱️🌊 You will not find a sweeter, more easy-going gal as this one. We are thankful she is ours.🥹❤️👸🏻

✔️CLOSED on this one yesterday as well!! 🏡Kenny and Lindsey O'Kelley Waugh sold and bought all in the same day🤩 Have you ever tried that? It’s tricky business 🤣

It came a downpour yesterday morning, U-Haul backed up, coming in hot to closing soaked. They are the definition of TOUGH💪 You don’t dare mention pictures when you clients are in that shape! 🤣🤣 I know my limits. Ha!

They have enjoyed that H❤️ ME for I believe 17 years, but looking to acquire some more room and quiet setting! 🫶 Gowen should do the trick🥰

I appreciate their patience as it is difficult to make all of these transactions work! I am thankful to have them as clients, but most importantly my friends 🥹😍🥰
